My career in web design began in 2018, during which I developed a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and Photoshop to better serve my clients. My expertise and dedication quickly positioned me as a valuable resource among colleagues, leading to a promotion to Senior Web Designer in 2020. Leveraging my refined aesthetic and extensive background in customer service, I was well-prepared for further advancement, earning the role of Enterprise Web Designer in 2021. In this client-facing position, I deliver exceptional, white-glove service to our most prominent accounts.
